Reading & Writing Is Cool Tour
Children's health, childhood obesity, youth violence and bullying has become systemic issues in our schools and community. We are
losing too many children to suicide, bullying related issues and senseless acts of violence. Our proactive Bound For Greatness celebrity
Reading and Writing Is Cool Program is coming to your area. The National City and Library Tour starts June 1 - July 30, 2015. The host of the tour is D. West, the nationally acclaimed motivational, on-air, TV personality, author and former pro football player.

The Bound For Greatness leadership and bullying
prevention program are having unprecedented
success in the schools and community.
GOAL
The goal is to keep our children safe, improve literacy skills, help children understand the significance of studying, reading and writing.
We provide inspirational support systems, safety guidelines, leadership training and tangible solution to ward off the systemic issue
that plague our children’s lives. We want to help children maximize their full potential and enjoy life as they pursue their dreams.
MISSION
The mission is to navigate children toward productive roles in society, encourage students to excel academically, help students
become elite role models, leaders and honorable citizens in the community. Most importantly, we want to improve children’s
health and quality of life and reduce bullying immensely.
PROGRAM DURATION
The duration of our workshops are contingent upon your needs, objectives and programming budget. Workshop duration:
30 minute, 1 hour, 2 hours, Half-day, Full-day. We use the power of our celebrity influence to direct students toward academic
leadership initiatives and higher achievement in the classroom. We engage students in the learning process, enhance students
leadership skills, improve children’s health, the school climate. We navigate children toward productive roles in society.
D. West’s life journey from poverty to success is inspirational and empowering. He progressively navigated from poverty,
a homeless, disadvantaged, 12 year old, at-risk, special needs student to first generation college graduate, to motivational speaker,
to fitness guru, to author and writer, to the Oprah Show, to pro football player, to national on-air, motivational TV star, to America's
