Registration Is Quick And Easy

   1. Write down a list of employees who are interested in participating in our celebrity Change Your Eating, Change Your Life wellness

       campaign or down load our registration form from this page. 

 

   2. Collect the registration fee for the books.  You can mail us the book order funds, certified checks or money orders.  Please email us

       your list of registered participants.  We will get an early start on your book order.

        

  3. You can order immediately online in our nbctelevision.org book store.  Click the book below or the book store button.  When the page 

      opens, place your order.  Please let us know the company or school/district you are enrolled with when you place your order.

  4. Employee and Individual Participation. Email us at nbctelevision@yahoo.com or click the Contact Us link.  Forward the following

      information: Full Name, the name of your Company/School/Business, Email Address, Mailing Address, Pone Number, Book Quantity,

      and the specific Peak Performance meal planning edition, Men's or Women's book. 

 

  5. Cash App Payments.  Cash App payments are accepted only during in-person meetings with D. West.  In addition, there must be 

      books available at the time of the transaction.  While D. West is with you, please email us and let us know you are participating.  Do

      not use the Cash App to purchase a book or books from anyone other than Duane West (D. West).

 

  6. D. West is going to hand deliver books to some companies and businesses.  If you are not in the Atlanta area or in North Jersey we

      will mail the books/book when we receive the registration fee for the purchase.  Super Bowl Champ, Derrick Lassic will visit some

      businesses, school districts and companies that have 100 or more employees participating in our wellness campaign.

 

When placing your order, (group or individual) please specify the specific book you would like to purchase, women's edition or men's  edition.  The women's edition has a women's workout program at the end of the book, the men's edition has a men's workout at the end of the book.  Group orders: Please specify the total number ordered, include the Peak Performance book edition, men or women.

When a business/company or school orders 10 or more books for its employees, D. West signs the books.  This celebrity health and wellness challenge inspires children in schools as we help hundreds of adults improve the quality of their lives.  Most importantly, when 50 people register for our celebrity wellness campaign, D. West speaks at a disadvantaged school in the community at no charge.  We send out a press release with the names of all of those who helped us make the program possible.  This is all possible in schools because of your participation.  Get fit and stay fit for life: Peak Performance, no gimmicks, no dieting, no false claims.  This program has worked for me and my clients for over 35 years!  This book is ideal for people who are interested in toning, reducing fat, inches, and weight.  Shape, firm, tighten and tone with an elite fitness guru.  No Yo-Yo Diets, supplements or skipping meals!  

 

Thank you for supporting the children.  You are helping us save children's lives with our leadership workshops, anti-bullying programs and mentoring programs in schools, grades K-12.  If 50 or more educators in a school district participate, D. West visits the school/district!
