We give parents feedback, updates, leadership guidance, reinforcement strategies, and help parents set goals for their children.  There will be motivational support for students and teachers by D. West, CEO and former NFL professional athletes.  Terry Trigg-Scales, our leading educational specialist, retired Assistant Superintendent of Montclair Public Schools, New Jersey, and former New Jersey Principal of the Year will facilitate teacher and administrative leadership training, coaching and mentoring, school climate improvement, instructional strategies, classroom management and parental involvement leadership support at some participating schools in this leadership program.  Our elite professionals, celebrities and professional athletes will be on the Elementary School, Middle School and/or High School campuses biweekly for one hour, August and, or September - February 2015.  

 

The program value of this long term program is over 50K.  This program is limited nationally.  Our proactive Superintendent special is 5,000 dollars for 4 months (6 months 10K).  This program special is applicable in New Jersey and most east coast states.  Some school districts nationwide with low budgets, Title I schools, under achieving schools, bullying, school climate and gang issues and districts in disadvantaged communities will be eligible for this program and placed on our program priority list.  Please note this is not a last minute program initiative.  This is a proactive program special.  Pre-planning is essential with our long term leadership programs.
