Empowerment Leadership Mentoring And Wellness Program

 

 

 

  In School & Summer Programs

 

                  Summer Schedule 

           May, June and July 2018

There are two weekend leadership sessions

8:30 am - 10 am and 12:30 pm - 2 pm.  Sports

and wellness activities are a part of the program.  

However, girls don’t have to be athletes to

attend the camp.  The target ages are 8 - 19.  

 

Our primary focus is leadership, character

development, life skills, self-esteem,

integrity, respect, importance of education,

making good choices and decisions, healthy,

fitness, goal setting, and anti-bullying.      

 

Our Inspire Me Girls Empowerment Leadership

Mentoring and Wellness Program is facilitated

Monday - Friday during regular school hours,

after school, Saturdays and Sundays.  

Terry Trigg-Scales, Former Assistant Superintendent of Montclair Public Schools is one of our guest facilitators.  Renee Kelly, Former Women's Pro Basketball Player and SEC Legend in Women's College Basketball is a lead facilitator.  Collette V. Smith, the New York Jets First Female Coach and First Black Female NFL Coach is a guest facilitator.  

 

Duane West, Nationally Acclaimed On-Air Motivational TV Personality is our celebrity male co-host.  Students are afford an opportunity to work with elite business professionals in pro sports, education, television, and public speaking.  Our celebrity facilitators address students mental, emotional, psychological, and physical development.  There is autograph signing at the end of the camp and inspirational books.  Our theme: Nothing is impossible!  Lead the race, be unstoppable, be the best, be the first, be a pioneer in your field and career.  Be a leader.  Make history.

Duration of Program

 

Our wellness and sports camps are 1 1/2 hours and 2 hours.  They are held at participating schools grass/turf playing fields and in gymnasiums.  We provide the following at the Saturday and Sunday leadership mentoring sports camps/workshops: bottled water, Powerade, Gatorade and fruit.      

 

A minimum of 100 registered students is required if you are a participating school or school districts.  Students should wear and/or bring the following: sneakers, cleats soccer or football, socks, shorts, sweat pants, white or black T-shirt, hand towel, fitness bag, lunch, and a small notepad and pen.  

Our elite professionals and speakers mentor, motivate, inspire and guide young girls toward leadership roles in school and life. 

There are discounted program rates for Saturday and Sunday programs.  Parents, please ask the school Principal, Athletic Director or Superintendent of Schools to forward us an email request regarding the discounted parent rates and we will forward the discounted rates to the school or district.
